If you would, please consider including on the City Council
web link a cross reference for Docket numbers...
It is a needed tool that would make more clear the content of
Council Minutes, allowing observers to follow the
accomplishments, achievements, goals, transactions of the
councilors.
For example the ambiguous phrase
"actions taken by the Mayor on papers acted upon by the City
Council at its meeting"
needs to be made more clear.
In the Minutes Docket items 1239, 1240, 1241 did not

Suggestion
The City Council Minutes and Agendas are too brief,
too spare for people to make sense of what happened,
too difficult to make sense of what transpired.
Exactly what transactions of the councilors occurred?...
Clarity needs to be improved!
The ambiguity needs to be reduced !
