Good organizational development case examples, Maarja. I also agree with  the
above comment. It gives impetus to improving automated classification
systems by business functions/processes.

BTW, see "Got 2 Extra Hours for Your E-Mail?" Excellent story in the NYT
today in the Fashion and Style section (where, like the Style section of  the
Wash. Post,  my wife tells me you can find the REAL news behind  the news).
