If anyone wants to see my original posting to H-Diplo, check out the
link below.  This is what Dr. Edward Mark was responding to.  H-Diplo
is a moderated board so you'll see the header shows when I sent in my
email and when the moderator posted it.  You probably will have to copy
and paste it into your browser as I haven't shrunk it and you probably
will not get a full hypertext link.  I noticed that my link for Dr.
Mark's posting also did not get a full hypertext link so you have to
copy and paste that one also.  Sorry I haven't shrunk these!
