I agree - nice that Dianne's response was printed.  I know Larry and others
(including myself) have written rebuttels to published articles; some get
published, others don't.  But ARMA also needs to step up the plate and
challenge these guys, just as representatives of other professional
organzitions (ABA, AICPA, etc.) do.

One strong voice representing the records management profession will get
more attention than many small ones, especially if we want to be taken
seriously...
