My record center folks here use Bankers Box econobox 703.  Inexpensive (
I can usually get them for less than $1 per box), decent quality; lids
are a weak point.

We went down the road with Paige boxes for a couple of years;
exceptionally good quality; way too expensive; and the lids were too
thick; stack 5 across on our record center racks (Rivet Rack) and then
they are very tight on the front row.

I hate paper...

We're in need of replacing our box supplier who we've had for about six
years, and I'm hoping to find a good replacement.  We use between 3,000
and 5,000 a year of the standard letter by legal RM box...
