Right on.  It's the baby boomers that resist the move away from 
paper.....oh wait, I'm a baby boomer and the one driving this exercise. We 
have one person I have had to "hand hold" through this process and yet 
find that the younger staff members envelop it.  Well, we all want a 
challenge.  Don't we?
