I manage the copiers in this organization so I guess I'm partly to blame 
for the paper problems.  In September, we moved away from copiers to 
multi-function (MF) machines.  The MF's are great in that we have done 
away with costly laser printers, we now receive faxes through the mf and 
staff now have the option of storing their paper documents directly to the 
folder structure of our EDRMS. 

Doing away with copiers......I think I would be shot.  However, providing 
options for the electronic storage of that paper, I believe is the future 
for RM professionals.
