It's been a while since I posted anything to the list serv.  Therefore
for those of you who don't know me, I'm a records manager for We
Energies in Milwaukee, WI.  We are a Utility company providing service
primarily to customers in Wisconsin and upper Michigan.  

Can any of you comment on the two topics below?

1) Have there been any recent productivity studies on Record Center
activities including turn around times for retrievals and refiles?

2) Pros and Cons of outsourcing Record Center operations
