I'm sorry, but I don't quite see how you reached your interpretation.
As I read the announcement, it appears just the opposite to me - that
SCJohnson IS quite willing to provide reasonable accomodation to a
qualified candidate who may require it.  The very fact that they
specifically mention it in their announcement, which is not common,
indicates that they recognize and take seriously their responsibility
not to discriminate against people with disabilities.  More companies
should do that, IMHO.  They just want to know before they hire someone
what accomodations the company would be expected to provide to enable
the person to do the job successfully - fair for all involved.
