Can't suggest a specific company that I'm experienced with, but in
terms of trying to identify potential vendors, I always start with
http://www.prismintl.org then do a search of the "Member Mall"
http://www.prismintl.org/mall.php to see if there are PRISM members in
a particular country or region. It is not a guarantee that the company
is reputable -- and likely is not inclusive of all providers, but does
provide a starting point to understand the marketplace in that country.
