Dear all, 
 
Some time ago, there was a topic on the list about how much of one
organization records is really used; it was a survey or something like that,
showing the only 30% (or so) of the documents captured in a records system
are used for busness purposes any longer. 
I cannot  locate this email at all. Can anyone tell me something about it?
