I am posting this message for a non-subscriber whose organization is
looking into this product ---  

For anyone familiar with the SunGard Bi-Tech product IFAS (Integrated
Financial and Administrative Solution)
 
1.  Does your organization disable the "auto-kill" feature that will
delete files once a certain date has been met?
 
2.  Does your organization consider the data entries into the system
itself to be records?  Or are records created only when reports are
extracted, and the data entries are given some structure and context?
 
3.  Are reports derived from IFAS assigned retention periods?
 
4.  When changes are made to IFAS entries, does the audit trail document
both the person making the change AND what was actually changed; or does
it just show the person and when the changes were made?
