Does anyone have an office that does reports on how correspondence is
handled in an executive office? We produce reports on how much
congressional correspondence we receive, how quickly it is answered or
not, and from whom it comes from, etc. I would think that statistics
types of records like these would need to be retained at least two years
to show a trend if done quarterly?
Any thoughts
