Colleagues:
I am the Records Manager for the New York office of Dewey Ballantine, a
large law firm. Our DC office is moving to a new office and also moving to
a centralized records room. Along with this, the DC records department is
considering ceasing to shelve in client-matter but to scan files to
individual shelf locations.
Are there any law firm records departments in the DC area that shelve
according to individual shelf locations rather than client-matter number,
and if so, can a tour be arranged.
Please respond directly to me at [log in to unmask]
Many thanks-
Adam Herbst
