SaiTech Inc. Is aggressively looking for a IT Support Lead for the NASA
Shared Services Contract at Stennis Space Center in South West Mississippi

IT Support Specialist 3 Lead

Location: Stennis Space Center, Mississippi

Contract: NASA Shared Services Center (http://nssc.nasa.gov
<http://nssc.nasa.gov/>  )

 

Essential Functions:

Define overall information management architecture.  Create comprehensive
data model to support multiple lines of business in a shared services
infrastructure.  Design-in records identification, scheduling, and
life-cycle management.  Support business processes automation effort for
lines of service.  Manage document imaging and records management support
efforts.

 

Responsible for the technical performance and provides supervision,
leadership, and scheduling for a group of personnel in a services area.

 

 

Essential Knowledge:.

Strong preference for individuals able to demonstrate an in-depth
understanding of:

*         Records Management principles and practice

*         Electronic Content Management (ECM) system architecture and
implementation

Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA) and Certified Records Manager
(CRM) desired

Preference for individuals with NASA records and TechDocs experience 

 

Essential Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and 8 years of
relevant experience

 

Essential Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Must be able to work
rapidly with accuracy; must be proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and
Power Point. 

 

Strong preference for individuals able to:

*         Collect, document, and obtain stake-holder buy-in for system
requirements

*         Map records lifecycle from creation to archival or destruction

*         Design a DoD 5015 certified electronic records management
repository

*         Document default record types and appropriate schedules

*         Facilitate Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts

*         Apply project management expertise to meet all schedule milestones

*         Interface with corporate management, contract management,
stakeholders, and customers

*         Manage, mentor, coach, direct, and supervise assigned personnel

 

Organizational "Fit" Considerations:

Candidate must be a professional team player. Must be able to work in a fast
paced environment. Must be able to handle and perform under stressful
situations
