Don't feel like you're a lone out there. I'm going through the same
change mgmt scenario with email. My suggestion would be to track some
metrics on use of both and then have a brief meeting with the proper
senior management staff and express your concerns. They should be willing
to put out a global communication to the employee's that states their
support of the project and expected behavior.
