Your 'supplier' has other options.
Microfilm jackets on continuos forms still made in US.

Availability of microfilm equipment and supplies continue but variety of choices diminishing.
Costs increasing.
Difficult to find support with suppliers and manufacturers not communicating as in the past with NMA, FbIA, Microfilm Services Group, etc.
Communications between vendors and end-users also diminishing.

List-servs are critical.

For those who use microfilm jackets tipped on continuous form for printing
header info....

I found out today from our "jacket supplier" (large, well known company)
that the vendor they use to put jackets on "continuous form" is going out of
business...and there may be no other vendor to do this.  Do any of you use
this type jacket and therefore are facing this problem as well?  What will
be your solution?  A change to electronic imaging? Just curious....
