American Honda Motor Company, Inc. has been using boxes made from recycled
material for over 5 years.  Look at the rating for drop strength for the
design you are interested in.  They stack 5 high with the usual load (not
over 40 pounds, not filled over the handle openings).  We have not noticed
a difference in durability from the previous boxes made from all-new
material.
