1. There are a number of RM consulting firms in the greater Denver area -
one of them being the Denver office of IMERGE Consulting. :) I'm sure many
of the others will let you know shortly as well. You might also check with
the ARMA Mile Hi Denver chapter (www.armadenver.org). 

2. I think it's doable - but then I may be slightly biased. It does assume
that there is a trained and ready RM staff in place, but given that, it's
doable.

Hello Everyone.  I hope you all had a great St. Patrick's Day weekend.

 

I have a couple of questions I would like to ask everyone.

 

1.  Can anyone tell me of any RM consulting groups that work out of Denver,
CO and your experience with them?  My company is starting an RM program and
we are thinking of bringing in a consultant to get everything rolling.

 

2.  (This will be a loaded question...) What are your thoughts/experiences
with using a consultant vs. a contractor to get an RM program started within
a company and then handing the reigns over to the appointed RM staff?
