As a follow-up to my post last week concerning document scanning...etc....

I am looking for a good article, or discussion, etc. that I can provide to
folks at my organization so they can understand better the complexities of
document imaging.  Currently, I'm afraid some here view document imaging as
a process like "printing," and I really want something that can help them
understand that it is a component of a records and information system.

Anybody know of any online articles, or something for the layperson to
better their understanding?  As always, thanks in advance for any
suggestions.
