MER 2006 CONFERENCE
Registrations for the fourteenth National Conference on Managing
Electronic Records (MER '06) "are at record setting levels"
according to
the Conference Co-Chair, Robert F. Williams.
"Because the number of early registrations is higher than any prior
year, this year's MER conference will be sold out." Williams
advises
everyone who has not yet registered to "act promptly to avoid being
disappointed".
This year's MER program features:
- 41 outstanding speakers
- 24 informative sessions
- 3 in-depth all day pre-conference tutorials
- A special Town Meeting on Office 2007 from an ERM Perspective.
- 2 special keynote addresses:
- A New Era in Managing Electronic Records - the first public
introduction of the new electronic records management features of
Office 2007 and the associated Exchange software.
- "Can the Judge Really Do That?" Assessing the Technical
and
Operational Feasibility of Court Orders. Hon Shira A. Scheindlin.
- 16 leading solution providers
There also will be three of the MER's highly successful Networking
Receptions as well as problem-solving exhibitor suites.
