ARMA had published a book "Records Retention Guidelines for US Based
Real Estate Organizations" (ISBN: 0-933887-48-5) in 1993 that I used
when I worked for a RE developer/property manager. I don't see it in the
ARMA Bookstore, but some ARMA Chapters have it in their libraries and I
did find a few used on Google.

relevant laws/regulations governing this area of business. Can someone
point me toward real estate development and financial records retention
