The special MER hotel rates will be ending May 1st. 

For those planning to attend the National Conference on Managing
Electronic Records (MER '06) on May 22-24 in Chicago, please be
advised that available hotel and registration space also is becoming
very limited.

More than 90% of the available hotel rooms set aside for the MER
have been reserved by registrants.  

Three of the six hotels accommodating MER registrants now are sold
out.

There still are conveniently located rooms available at reasonable
prices. 

Everyone planning to attend the MER is strongly encouraged to make
their hotel reservations as soon as possible at:
