Do you have law firm records management experience? Would you like to
put this experience to work in the records management department of a
large investment company? If you answered yes to both of these
questions, we have the position for you! If you are a self-starter with
excellent communication skills you could be our next Records Management
Coordinator. This position is part of the in-house legal team and you
will interact with attorneys and other legal support staff while
managing the every day operations of the records center. As Records
Coordinator, you will be responsible for interfacing with law firms and
document custodians regarding document requirements, maintaining the
document storage and retrieval system, the closing binder library, and
for assisting the Records Manager with the creation of records
management and retention policies and related procedures. Candidates
should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of law firm
records management experience. The salary for this position is very
competitive and the company offers outstanding benefits. If you are a
Records Specialist or Coordinator and you are looking to take the next
