The Records Management department at American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is
directly responsible for disposing of personal identity information
completely as mandated by California law.  We're the thing-a-ma-bobs that
do the job.  We also remind management and record coordinators that
documents (on whatever media) containing personal identity information,
even if it's just a vendor's address and phone number MUST be destroyed
completely.
