< It is called Graham Process Mapping and is available from
www.worksimp.com.>

Absolutely the best process charting method for RIM! It is based on
following the process and workflow for an entity (a record, a form, a
widget, etc.) rather than a person or a system. It is also designed to
follow actions to or interactions with the entity. Much better than
Visio or similar flow charting methods/software. One must have an
understanding of how the process charting method works before using the
software, although parts of it can be picked up by playing with it. The
software was developed more to make the charts readable (vs. hand
written)than to do the process charting itself. One can learn the
method either by attending the 3-day training sessions in Dayton, OH
(see the web site for info) or by purchasing the book written by Dr. Ben
Graham - Detail Process Charting - Speaking the Language of Charting
available from amazon.com
