  In my organization, there is no Records Manager.  My title is Supervisor, Records Management.  The manager title is used in very limited circumstances here(e.g., cafeteria manager) and usually reports to a supervisor.
   
  This is exactly the opposite of what others have stated is the case in their organizations.  So I would say match the duties of the position with the appropriate title, as it used in your organization.
   
  In the case or Records Supervisors and Records Managers, a rose is not always a rose.
