The Information Management Branch of Alberta Government Services in
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada is recruiting to two exciting and challenging
positions:

 

*         Corporate Electronic Information Management (EIM) Advisor

*         Corporate Records Management (RM) Advisor

 

The Branch plays a lead role in establishing an information management
framework for the Government of Alberta; enhancing the province's
records management program; and advancing the implementation of
integrated EIM technology within the government.

 

In these two roles, you will participate in the development of
government information/records management policy, standards, guidelines
and training so that ministries have model approaches and methods to
plan and implement technology for managing content in the electronic
workplace. You will also provide extensive advisory services on a wide
variety of information management topics, and support the ongoing
development of government RM and EIM specialists to share collective
knowledge and experience, and develop common tools. Both advisors will
participate in and represent the Branch in various cross-government
initiatives and forums, including preparation and delivery of
presentations.

Salary: $55,512 to $76,236 pre annum
