you might also check university policies. Them there deep thought policies
are bread and butter to them.

Try searching on the terms "work-for-hire" or "work-for-hire doctrine" --
Work for hire is the legal term for work that is done on someone else's dime
and is owned by them. There must be mountains of boilerplate contract
language out there on the topic. If not, you can crib it from almost any
independent contractor agreement you can find.
