Seems to me the title has always been the same "Information and Records 
Management", first published in 1974.  I have had all the editions over time 
but my current edition which I seem to have 3 copies was published in 1996.

Can anyone tell me when the first edition and original title of the
Robek classic for RIM was published???  I loaned out my copy and haven't
received it back yet.
