Well vacation season is now upon us and looks like we need a refresher
for managing subscriptions

If you are going to be away from your email for awhiile and don't want
to return to hundreds of listserv messages then you'll need to set
change your subscription. The best thing is to set your account to
NOMAIL status. Now how is that done? That's easy

1. send an email with a blank/empty subject line to

[log in to unmask]

2. in the body of the message put the following command

SET RECMGMT-L NOMAIL

when successful you will receive a confirmation

when you return from wherever you went to and you want to restart your
subscription follow the same procedure as above EXCEPT you will send
one of the following commands

SET RECMGMT-L MAIL

OR

SET RECMGMT-L DIGEST

IF you have trouble setting your account to NOMAIL you can request
assistance by sending a message to the following address

messages sent to the above address go to all the listadmins

May you all have a safe and happy summer vacation

and if you haven't added yourself to the recmgmt map at frapper, pls do
