I've used the terms "ethical wall" or "wall of separation" in discussing
these relating to SOX and for broader topics relating to internal controls.

No judgment on anyone, let's just remember that even in the United States
our own profession is represented by professionals from every corner of the
planet.
I believe these are currently called "Glass" or "Paper" walls, the other
term is not only not politically correct, it is also considered pejorative
by some.
