I have also taken this training as part of the local CERT (Citizen
Emergency Response Team). Our local city and county fire departments use
it. It has worked very well for them. Our CERT team works very closely
with the various department including our EOC and so we have converted
to it. The training is informative and I have used a simplified version
for our BCP Team. It is something that can be used for anything that
requires coordination and communication between any team(s) and/or
entities.  Of course, the training was done by local fire training
officers so it may have been better than doing the web version.  Oh, and
the test is not that difficult.
