And yet, taken collectively, all those edits of the wikipedia entry give
you a broader sense of who Ken Lay was and the public's feelings about him
than just one line about his cause of death. I think Wikipedia and the
Internet are just forcing us to think differently about information which
may be the real challenge for us records managers. It's one thing to have
static records, facts, pieces of evidence -  we're used to thinking in
terms of "snapshots" - but a lot of things are dynamic in nature and these
tools may do a better job in capturing the changes as they unfold, or
exposing different interpretations.
