I can't think of a single imaging system that doesn't provide this, either
through a vendor solution or a third party product or both.
However, I would argue with the accuracy rate. My real-world experience
hasn't gotten near 97%. Your rate will vary based upon a number of
factors: size of character areas, constraint on characters (e.g. is field
only numeric) and ability to validate the format and contents.

Does anyone know of document imaging systems or RMA's which offer ICR or
