Bernard, I respectfully disagree.  I still believe that first you must
determine what your policy requires/allows (keep drafts/versions, or
don't), then figure out how to apply your technology resources to
achieve the policy objectives.  Lauren hadn't answered the policy
question yet, so I merely suggested she do that - regardless of
technology - first, then figure out how to make Hummingbird do what she
needs/wants.  

We've come a long way from accepting that we have to adjust our needs to
meet the limitations of technology, and I'd hate to see Lauren head down
that path unknowingly.
