Good afternoon everyone:

We are putting the finishing touches on our Instant Message policy and 
will be activating the IM application (Lotus Sametime) shortly.

I was wondering if anyone on the list would be willing to share his or her 
experiences with IM  (i.e. who has access; how did you communicate IM 
specific policy or policy changes; what was the response; what has been 
your experience with IM capture, monitoring and/or discovery, etc.)? 

Before we "flip the switch" I would like to compare our efforts to what 
others have experienced to ensure we have not overlooked anything.  If you
