I would also suggest the Original Mexican Restaurant on the Riverwalk. I
think he has been there since about 1946 or so. It has been a few years
since I have been there, but it has held up over the years and has always
been one of my favorites.
From the string of emails over the last few days, it sounds like we are
talking about a Restaurant Convention. I hope there is time between bites to
go to some Conference sessions.

There is a place called the Blue Cactus, just north of Thousand Oaks on
Wetmore.  It was an old general store back in the late 1800's and has
since been converted.  It retains the old wood floors.  

Food is good, and plentiful.
