Hello,
Does anyone have guidelines or documentation dictating that copies not
be kept of records being permanently transferred out of an organization
?

Thanks
Frank

Subject: Where are original executed documents retained?

Hello - I am working on some retention schedule revisions, and pose the
following question:

What organization retains the original executed documents (i.e.:
Employment agreements, retention (incentive) payment agreements or
plans, severance agreements, settlement agreements, transition pay and
benefit plans, etc.)? Human Resources or Legal departments, or in
another department/entity?

Many thanks! csp
