Hi,
Our retention schedule cites 26 CFR 31.6001.1, which is the IRS retention
for tax returns, and the time records are kept 10 years from the current
year.  I believe the rationale for the longer retention is because American
Honda Motor Co., Inc. is audited annually about 7 years from the year we
filed and because timecards are the original record that show deductions.
