I need ideas on the ways to store circular thermographic charts. We
currently secure thermographic charts in one of the following ways:
   1) Use a 3-ring binder with plastic report covers for storing
thermograph charts for a unique freezer unit for a given year
   2) Use a manila folder for placement of charts for a specific freezer
for a given year
   3) Use a logbook for each unit and place charts in the logbook.
In each case, we archive these logbooks on an annual basis. We haven't
been able to come up with a better system. The bottom line is these
charts must be kept and archived on a regular basis. There might be a
better way to maintain these, but we haven't found it.

Your suggestions are appreciated.
