The overall scope of the project is to create the Enterprise Taxonomy.  The
Enterprise Taxonomy will facilitate information search, navigation and
retrieval of vital information across the enterprise.  The Taxonomy is
comprised of the following components

-Standard metadata elements that are used by all information management
(document/content management) applications and business units. 

-Controlled vocabularies defining allowable values for the metadata
elements.  The CV's define the terms that are used to search for
information. 

-The Taxonomy which is a hierarchical organization of terms that provide
users a logical and navigational view of corporate information, and indicate
hierarchical relationships (broader and narrower terms).  The Taxonomy can
be developed in a top-down and bottom-up fashion and can be topical or
faceted in nature. 

-Applications that leverage the Taxonomy to provide Search, Navigation and
Retrieval capability to internal and external consumers of information. 

I am seeking candidates with some of the following experience: 

-Experience with Taxonomy and achieving Taxonomy objectives 
-Strong analysis skills 
-Content Management experience 
-Strong knowledge of information management solutions 
-Knowledge of relational databases 
-Experience with Information Management Architecture a plus
