Steve,

  I also don't care for paper,microfilm - Hate is to harsh of word.  I do 
know that part of my programs mission statement says" in a cost effective 
and efficient manner".  I'll spare all the  well covered reasoning BUT  I 
would be derilect in my duties and not a very well rounded RIM 
practitioner if paper and micrforms weren't included in EVERY analysis I 
do for my program.
