How about a big chocolate chip cookie garnished with Micron's most high
end PC?

If you use "CRM" in this forum some people might think you are calling
certified records managers.

Unless you are in the pharmaceutical or stocks/bond industry, I doubt
there are any federal regulatory agency requirements to retain customer
call records. However, you should research it.

Have a good weekend.

Best regards, Steve

Happy Friday everyone!

I am reviewing recordings of customer calls made by our Sales group
for
QA purposes. I do not believe that there are any federal requirements
governing the retention of these recordings (please, correct me if I'm
wrong!), so I am in the process of communicating with the vested
groups
to determine business interests; however, I thought it would be useful
to know what other organizations are doing with similar recordings.

Anyone willing to share might get a cookie! ;-)

Thanks!
