2. ARMA Mile Hi Denver Chapter meeting on September 19
Janice Anderson, President of Access Sciences Corporation, will present "RIM
Health Check: Auditing Your Program".

Presentation Abstract: If your organization has a Records and Information
Management Program and a Records Retention Policy, you probably need to
audit your program for compliance. This session will provide the information
you need to complete a RIM compliance audit. Learn what a RIM Compliance
Audit is, what compliance questions should be answered, and how to verify
implementation of your RIM program throughout your organization. The
compliance process will be presented including effective ways to collect
information, how to efficiently compile results, and what should be included
in the report to management. A compliance audit can demonstrate the value
the RIM program brings to your organization and provide credibility and
visibility to the RIM Program in the process.
