Knowing that some of us have a tendency to save whatever we find that
includes statistical information, do any of you have pointers to any Gartner
Group or Coopers & Lybrand studies that focus on statistical information for
the management of paper files (i.e. average # of times a document is copied,
% of lost documents, % of misfiled documents, % of time that professionals
spend looking for information, etc., etc.    I'm looking for that kind of
information to share with a couple other folks with whom I'm talking
now......
