Subject: Pointers to Sources and Studies by Coopers, Gartner, et. al?

Knowing that some of us have a tendency to save whatever we find that
includes statistical information, do any of you have pointers to any
Gartner Group or Coopers & Lybrand studies that focus on statistical
information for the management of paper files (i.e. average # of times a
document is copied, % of lost documents, % of misfiled documents, % of
time that professionals
spend looking for information, etc., etc. I'm looking for that kind
of
information to share with a couple other folks with whom I'm talking
now......
