I'm looking for thoughts, stories, wisdom, etc. on how document control
intersects with records management where document control supports
process management but does not necessarily fulfill records management
functions such as capture, classification, retention scheduling and
retrieval. What are some of the issues or challenges that arise when
these two co-exist?
