Who enforces the compliance of corporate policies? Depends on the
policy in question. Ultimately, our Executive Committee. In practice,
it is usually the Practice Group Chair but can be the Managing Partner
and/or Ethics Partner for attorneys, and the COO and/or the appropriate
Director Level person for admin staff.

How are employees disciplined when policies are not followed? Depends
on the policy in question and the particulars of the situation.
Language usually includes "up to, and including, termination" somewhere
in the policy.

What corporate policies do you have in place which exclusively address
Records Management? Exclusively, the Records Management Policy.
Related policies include DR/BC, Engagement and Matter Close and Email
policies.
