After you get the certificate of destruction, then delete in livelink.

Livelink lets you add deletion comments and you may wish to cite the
certificate of destruction in the comment field

What is the routine when destroying boxes in livelink:

1.	do you wait until the actual boxes are destroyed and RM receives
the destruction receipt; or

2.	do you destroy in livelink first.

Any thoughts?
